Aaron Judge is having yet another prodigious season for the New York Yankees.

One way to sum it up is to check out what other players have ever done what Judge is doing.

Specifically, Judge is up to 9.0 Wins Above Replacement (as measured by Baseball Reference).

Only three other players in the last 50 years have recorded at least three seasons of 9-plus bWAR, according to @JayHayKid.

That club that Judge is joining also includes Barry Bonds, Mike Trout and Alex Rodriguez. Bonds had eight such seasons, while Trout and A-Rod each had four.

Judge is also set to put up a second season in a row with an OPS+ of 200 or better. He'll be the seventh player in MLB history to do that.

The other players on that list? Babe Ruth, Rogers Hornsby, Jimmie Foxx, Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle and Bonds.

Yeah, Judge is putting up such good numbers that most of his historical comparisons are those larger-than-life hitters from when baseball was still king.

And any hitting list that includes Bonds is about as impressive as it gets, too.

Judge has one more week to add to his regular season stats in hopes of beating out Cal Raleigh for the AL MVP.

But whether or not Judge wins that award, he continues to be one of the best hitters to ever step into a batter's box.
