The Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers will play in the 2025 National League Championship Series in a rematch of the 2018 NLCS.

The series will get started on Monday night at American Family Field with two left-handed starting pitchers on the mound.

The Brewers will have Aaron Ashby start Game 1, and the Dodgers will have Blake Snell on the mound. On Monday afternoon, the two teams released their starting lineups for Game 1.

Brewers, Dodgers Game 1 starting lineups

Brewers starting lineup:

  1. Jackson Chourio RF
  2. Christian Yelich DH
  3. William Contreras C
  4. Brice Turang 2B
  5. Andrew Vaughn 1B
  6. Sal Frelick CF
  7. Caleb Durbin 3B
  8. Isaac Collins LF
  9. Joey Ortiz

The main difference in the Brewers lineup from the National League Division Series against the Chicago Cubs is the addition of Collins.

The rookie outfielder will get his first start of the postseason after an impressive regular season, hitting .263 with a .779 OPS.

Dodgers starting lineup:

  1. Shohei Ohtani DH
  2. Mookie Betts SS
  3. Teoscar Hernández RF
  4. Freddie Freeman 1B
  5. Will Smith C
  6. Tommy Edman 2B
  7. Max Muncy 3B
  8. Kike Hernández LF
  9. Andy Pages CF

The Dodgers lineup looks as you'd expect it. Muncy gets the start at third base over Miguel Rojas, and Smith is healthy and gets the start behind the plate.

Los Angeles did move Teoscar Hernández up to the No. 3 spot ahead of Freeman due to the left-handed starter on the mound for the Brewers.

The Brewers and Dodgers rematch of the 2018 NLCS gets underway on Monday night at 7:08 p.m. at American Family Field for Game 1.
