Yuli Gurriel doesn't want to be done yet.
The two-time World Series champion from his time with the Houston Astros wants to keep playing in MLB.
He's 41 now, but he isn't done.
MLB insider Francys Romero reported this on Monday:
"Yuli Gurriel will make another attempt at returning to MLB, per sources. His career isn’t over yet. The 41-year-old veteran with 10 MLB seasons could take on a player/coach role."

Gurriel did play in 2025, just in 16 games at the MLB level for the Padres, batting just.111.
He's a long way removed from hitting.319 in 2021 with the Astros to win a batting title.
Gurriel remains a career.278 hitter in MLB even after a trio of lesser seasons with the Marlins, then Royals, then Padres.
Gurriel batted.284 in seven seasons with the Astros to start his MLB career after arriving from Cuba.
It's not obvious what team he'd come back to, or if a player-coach role would be what he'd end up with.
But it's intriguing to see if Gurriel can stick around a bit longer, for sure.
