Rouglas played eight seasons of minor league baseball, splitting time between the Cleveland and Milwaukee organizations. He never made it to the majors.
He has been a manager in the minor leagues, both for the Lynchburg Hillcats and the Akron RubberDucks in the Guardians' organization. Odor has the most wins of any manager in Akron history.
Rouglas became the third-base coach and infield coach for the Guardians in 2024.
