The Cincinnati Reds' season ended a while ago, after a late push into the playoffs but then a quick exit.
But the MLB season as a whole just concluded on Saturday night when the Dodgers beat the Blue Jays in Game 7 of the World Series to cap the campaign.
That means free agency is here.
MLB put out a list of the players who have entered into free agency as of Sunday.
For the Reds, there are five names on the list:
- Zack Littell
- Nick Martinez
- Miguel Andujar
- Wade Miley
- Emilio Pagan

Those are some veteran names, a few who were really good for the Reds.
Littell is a bit of a journeyman who has come into his own in the Cincy rotation and could remain a valuable starter if they bring him back.
Martinez is an ideal swingman, capable of starting or relieving.
Miley might be just about done with being an MLB contributor.

Pagan is a good relief pitcher.
And Andujar was a midseason acquisition who had some big-time at bats down the stretch of the season.
Cincinnati could certainly benefit from bringing a few of these players back, if the contract negotiations line up the right way.
