The 16th race of the Formula 1 World Championship heads to Monza for the Italian Grand Prix, which takes place this Sunday.
The 75th edition of the Italian Grand Prix will be hosted by Monza, one of the most historic venues of the F1 calendar. With long straights and low downforce demands, the Italian GP remains one of the most highly anticipated races of the season.
Oscar Piastri continues to dominate the driver's championship at the top with 309, clinching his seventh title this season after finishing first on the podium in the Netherlands. His teammate Lando Norris was running behind Piastri in Zandvoort when an unfortunate incident took place, and he couldn't finish the race. However, he is just 34 points behind his teammate in the driver's championship and 70 points ahead of third-place Max Verstappen.
In the constructors' championship, McLaren has been consistently dominating every race and currently leads the charts with a whopping 584 points, 324 points clear of second-placed Ferrari and 336 points ahead of third-placed Mercedes.
