Omarion Hampton, RB, Chargers (ankle)
When things were finally starting to take off for Omarion Hampton, he went down with an apparent ankle injury:

Came up limping and favoring his Left foot.
Looks like he gets clipped by the defender into his route. Probably more of a pain deal versus actual injury. pic.twitter.com/RxUNtHHjHq
It looks like Hampton got clipped by a defender while running a route and went down hard. He then limped off the field and would not return, as this happened in the fourth quarter.
The more concerning part comes after the game, when Hampton was spotted leaving the stadium in a walking boot. While this is usually not a great sign, it can also be for precautionary reasons since the further tests were being done the next day.
While nothing appears to be too serious, Hampton may miss some time. We'll update this withShoul further information that comes out after Hampton's MRI.

Bucky Irving, RB, Buccaneers (shoulder)
While this injury did not happen during Week 5, we got a major update on Irving's status heading into Week 6.
Turns out, Irving has been dealing with a shoulder injury on top of the sprained foot. Irving was set to miss Week 5 when he was in a walking boot, but that was not the full story.
It is being reported as a shoulder subluxation and is the more serious injury. While the foot sprain was known and was the reason Irving missed practice, the team was informed about the shoulder injury later in the week.
This will keep Irving out for 2 weeks, and he is expected to miss Week 6.

Darius Slayton, WR, Giants (hamstring)
After Malik Nabers went down with the season-ending ACL tear, the Giants had to turn to options such as Darius Slayton. Now the WR position may become even thinner.
Slayton suffered a hamstring injury in the fourth quarter of Week 5. He was seen limping on the sidelines, and the Giants deemed him questionable to return.
The current timetable for Slayton is unknown; managers who pivoted to him after Nabers will now need to shift again.

Spencer Shrader, K, Colts (knee)
Shrader left Week 5 early after getting blasted on an extra point.
It was an attempted block, but it ended up looking like a serious knee injury. It's unfortunate, Shrader was one of the best kickers to start the 2025 season.
The Colts will seemingly have to replace their kicker; the timetable is unknown, but it appeared to be quite serious and possibly season-ending.
