Top Fantasy Week 4 injuries to monitor
Lamar Jackson, QB, Baltimore Ravens (hamstring)
This was one of the more strange injuries from Week 4. The Ravens were getting handled by the Chiefs, and Lamar Jackson left the game early.
Jackson never looked like he was in pain; the public believed Jackson was simply pulled because the game was out of hand. However, it was not that out of hand, and it was just the third quarter.
Head coach John Harbaugh denied answering whether Jackson would've gone back in if the game had been closer. It was later announced that Jackson suffered a hamstring strain after he reported feeling a "grab" in his leg.
Jackson will undergo an MRI, and it is not suspected to be serious.
TOP FANTASY PICKUPS: Week 5 waiver wire
Malik Nabers, WR, Giants (knee)
Unfortunately, this one is serious: Monday morning testing confirmed that Nabers tore the ACL in his left knee. This injury came in the second quarter of Jaxson Dart's debut.
Nabers went up for a 50/50 ball, and on the step before he went to jump, his knee looked like it blew out.
He was carted off the field, yet another serious injury on the MetLife turf, but I digress.
Malik Nabers is the latest player to suffer an ACL injury on the MetLife Stadium turf 😳

Ricky Pearsall, WR, San Francisco 49ers (knee)
Ricky Pearsall came into Week 4 questionable with a knee injury. The entire first half looked good for Pearsall; the possible re-aggravation happened in the second half.
Pearsall came down awkwardly on his leg but was able to walk off. He went into the blue medical tent and missed roughly a full quarter.
The Pearsall would return for just one play and immediately leave again. He would not return, and after the game, Pearsall stated that he felt "instability" in his knee along with some pain.
There is not much insight post-injury; we will have to wait for further updates on Pearsall.

Darnell Mooney, WR, Atlanta Falcons (hamstring)
In the third quarter of Week 4, Darnell Mooney left and would not return with a hamstring issue. He reportedly sustained the injury late in the first half and seemed to want to see if he could continue.
There are not many details available on the injury itself, other than it's minor. Ian Rapoport reported that Mooney is not expected to miss any games.
The Falcons are on a bye in Week 5, which undoubtedly helps the situation at hand. Mooney should be ready to go for their matchup against Buffalo in Week 6.
More fantasy injuries to watch before Week 5
- Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns (hamstring): Tillman was limited in practice ahead of Week 4 with a hand/hip issue, but was cleared. He suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions and did not return.
- Miles Sanders, Dallas Cowboys (ankle): Sanders was taken to the locker room early, right before halftime. He would not return with an ankle injury.
- Joe Alt, Los Angeles Chargers (ankle): At first, this looked to be season-ending when Alt was carted off. However, Ian Rapoport reports that after X-rays were negative, it is believed to be a high-ankle sprain. Alt is a key piece to that Chargers o-line, and any absence hurts them.
