Kevin Durant's former home just hit the market for an incredibly low price.
The 3,900-square-foot townhome was listed for $35 in honor of the NBA star's jersey number.
This three-level townhome features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two kitchens and a private elevator. The family room is adorned with eight-inch custom trim, a tray ceiling and multiple Swarovski chandeliers.
KD designed the custom home, located in downtown Oklahoma City, himself, and it features numerous high-end finishes to make it fit for an NBA star.
Leasha Lakpor, the managing broker of Thunder Team Realty, which is handling the sale of the home, told KFOR-TV that her clients purchased the property from Durant and have lived there ever since.
"His designers actually came to the property since we’ve had it for sale like, ‘Oh, my God, I picked all the colors here for him,'” Larkpor said. “We’re hoping that a person will come fall in love with it, and then maybe we can talk numbers with them on placing an offer."
Kevin Durant's former home is worth an estimated $1 million

Durant's former abode obviously isn't going to be let go for $35, although the marketing strategy definitely worked, as people are talking about it.
The property is worth around $1 million, according to the managing broker, so it will be interesting to see what it actually sells for.

Durant, 36, currently plays for the Phoenix Suns but was previously with the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are currently chasing their first championship in the NBA Finals.
The future Hall of Fame 6-foot-11 forward played for the Thunder from 2007 to 2016 and helped lead the team, along with Russell Westbrook and James Harden, to the 2012 NBA Finals. They ultimately fell to the Miami Heat that year after making an impressive run.
