Leave it to WNBA star Sophie Cunningham to make a fashion statement before hitting the court. Cunningham will have more on her plate now while playing for the Indiana Fever. She's got to take up the slack left by injured Caitlin Clark.

Before playing a recent game, though, Cunningham was walking to the Fever's locker room. As she passed through a number of people, including cameramen, Cunningham looked awesome. She wore a see-through black top along with silver shorts. Cunningham wanted to look good before playing good on the court. It makes sense.

She dropped these photos on her Instagram account on Tuesday, May 27.

Oh, Cunningham also wore some rad-looking shades as well. She knows that looking good can equate to feeling good. And there's no doubt she hopes that everything clicks together.

Speaking of clicks, fans and followers of the WNBA, Fever, and, of course, Cunningham will be looking to see if she pops up even more fashion statements this season.
