Jalen Hurts and his wife Bryonna "Bry" Riviera Burrows made their first public appearance as a married couple while stepping out at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday night.

Taking place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, Jalen was spotted wearing a shimmery black velvet suit embellished with gemstones for the event, which he completed with a matching black beret and a Tiffany & Co. brooch. His wife, wore a sheer maroon gown from the brand as well, which featured a thigh-high slit. She accessorized her look with silver dangling earrings.

This year's event centered around the concept of "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," with an accompanying dress code of "Tailored for You," which honors and explores the history of Black dandism. Needless to say, the sports world definitely brought their A-game to the Met Carpet this year.

Meanwhile, Hurts recently confirmed during his Men's Health May/June 2025 cover story that the two have officially married, which came after the couple's engagement announcement through Essence in September 2024. During a 2023 interview with Essence, Hurts spoke a bit about their relationship.

"I knew a long time ago," he told the outlet, adding, "I mean, to this point in my life, that's an irreplaceable feeling. I think that's what allowed us to get to where we are now."
