Kylie Jenner isn’t afraid to show some skin—or skip the makeup. The Kylie Cosmetics founder went bare-faced in a recent Instagram selfie, giving fans a more unfiltered look.
Before heading to an NBA playoff game with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, the makeup mogul shared a photo and short video of herself.
In the clip, posted on Monday, May 12, Jenner rolled her eyes and zoomed in on her face, highlighting a pimple on her cheek.
The 27-year-old also posted a selfie with puckered lips, captioning it, “Pimple friend still here.”
It’s not the first time Jenner embraced a makeup-free look. Earlier this month, she uploaded a carousel of photos to her Instagram, including one with no makeup at all.

“I <3 my life,” she captioned the post, which included a shot of her wrapped in a blanket on her private jet, showing off her natural beauty.
Over the past year, the mother of two appears to be leaning into a more minimal makeup routine. As for why she’s made the shift, Jenner credits her kids for helping change her perspective.
"It takes me a while after I have a baby to feel like myself again," she told The New York Times in 2024. "Then you get your body back, and you're like, 'Wait, the trends have changed.'"
But it’s not just motherhood influencing her beauty—Jenner also says she's become more focused on skincare.
“I’ve definitely cut down on my makeup routine and have been leaning toward a more natural look, so taking care of my skin is even more important since I’m letting it shine through more,” she told Dazed in February 2025.
“I’ve learned the key is to make sure I’m always hydrating my skin (even lips)—I love using our lip butter for this.”
