Eva Longoria is proving age is just a number. The Desperate Housewives alum is embracing getting older with confidence in her latest photoshoot.
In a new interview with Byrdie magazine, the actress opened up about her self-care philosophy. “I don't mind aging,” Longoria shared.
“I just want to age well. I'm grateful to be able to move my body—work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son. I'm trying to stay as mobile as possible for as long as possible.”
The 50-year-old stars on Byrdie's Summer digital cover, wearing a tiny black bikini top paired with a fitted maxi pencil skirt. She completed the look with oversized gold jewelry and a dramatic smoky eye.

Though she wore a swimsuit top for the shoot, Longoria said her days of revealing photoshoots are behind her. In the interview, she explained how becoming a mother shifted her perspective on what's worth sharing publicly.
"I definitely think more about what I want out in the world because my son is going to see it," she said. "I think about whether he'd be proud of something—or maybe embarrassed. Even with older sexy photoshoots, I think, 'Oh God, he's going to see this one day.'"
While she's moving away from NSFW images, Longoria also revealed what’s next in her journey—including a focus on family.
"I'm curating my life very intentionally to reflect what I want the next 50 years to look like," she said. "I'm spending more time with my family, working less, and doing more of what I love."
