Nebraska swept up at the AVCA First Serve, defeating No. 3 Pitt in a 3-1 decision and then No. 6 Stanford 3-0. The Huskers hit a .385 on the night, with transfer Allie Sczech tallying 12 kills, Rebekah Allick for 11 and Harper Murray for 10.
Lipscomb will have nothing to lose in this matchup against the Big Red. The Bison have had a successful past few seasons in the ASUN but have fallen just short of conference titles and, therefore, missed out on the NCAA tournament.
