The four-time defending Division I softball national champions are once again hosting a regional in Norman. Omaha, Boston University and California join the No. 2-seeded Sooners in Oklahoma for an NCAA regional.
This regional is full of championship caliber teams. The Sooners were named SEC Tournament co-champions alongside No. 1 seed Texas A&M after their highly anticipated championship matchup was canceled due to weather.
Omaha won the 2025 Summit League regular season and tournament title, while Boston won the 2025 Patriot League title for the seventh time in 10 years.
California is the only team who didn't win any title in its league, finishing ninth in the ACC.
