Cowboys Dak Prescott reveals confidence levels ahead of Week 14 vs. Lions image

The Dallas Cowboys have done a mountain of work in the last three weeks to not only save their season, but also potentially to put themselves in a position to make the playoffs and win the NFC East.

Granted, both are still considered long shots, but there's no denying that the Cowboys have some serious good vibes flowing right now ahead of a crucial Week 14 game against the Detroit Lions.

With both teams fighting for their playoff lives, this NFC showdown has all the makings of a genuine playoff game in December.

And the Cowboys, according to Dak Prescott, will go into Ford Field with a lot of confidence.

"Yeah, a lot of confidence, but with a great understanding of that's behind us and what's important is this game and the way that we prepare for it," Prescott said. "What's been done is done. All we can take from those last games are the experience and the confidence, that's what we're going to roll into this one with another good team, playoff team, understanding where they are in their season, trying to control everything that's in front of them.

"So, plan for it to be a hard fault for a four-quarter game."

Is Trevon Diggs playing in Week 14?

Having missed the last handful of games with injury, as the Cowboys dropped their latest injury report on Monday, Diggs was listed as limited.

It isn't known whether the All-Pro will come straight back into Matt Eberflus' defense, especially given how long he's been out and the recent play of Shavon Revel. Jr. And DaRon Bland.

But it appears that, having been on the sidelines for a while, Diggs is slowly making his claim to return to the team.

When they will be is anyone's guess, but No. 7 is ramping up, and if he is to go against the Lions, it will be another defensive addition to Eberflus' unit, and that will only mean good things going forward.
