Believe it or not, 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend is almost upon us.
One of the major tentpole events of the NBA season is set to take place in Indianapolis from Friday, Feb. 16 to Sunday, Feb. 18.
Just days after announcing the starters for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, the league has kept the debates buzzing by announcing the player pool for the 2024 Rising Stars Game.
Returning to the same format that debuted in 2022, the Rising Stars Game will be played as a mini-tournament between four teams of seven players.
This year's player pool consists of 11 rookies and 10 sophomores who will be drafted and coached by Pacers legend Jalen Rose, Indiana Fever legend Tamika Catchings and Hall of Famer Pau Gasol. Pacers legend Detlef Schrempf will coach the team of seven G League prospects.

The NBA Rising Stars Game begins at 9 p.m. ET on Friday, Feb. 16. One of the first events of NBA All-Star Weekend, the game will take place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers.
