The 2025 IPL season has brought many surprises, but none quite like Lucknow Super Giants' rising spinner, Digvesh Rathi.
With every wicket he grabs, Rathi pulls off a unique act, pretending to jot something down in a notebook. It has caught everyone’s attention.
Rathi revealed the meaning of his celebration, stating that he bought a real notebook to write down the names of the players he dismissed this season.

That moment sparked what would become a regular and much-talked-about celebration for the Lucknow youngster.
In an interview, Rathi mentioned that the idea came from a simple thought: he wanted to note down the names of the players he took out, "I have bought a notebook & want to write down the names of all those wickets I took & take it with me."
