Discussion of Neymar's fitness has dominated Brazil's World Cup campaign thus far.

And that is perhaps no surprise given that Tite's men have not quite looked themselves since their No.10 limped off in their opening game against Serbia.

That dominant win was followed up by a less convincing 1-0 victory over Switzerland, before the Selecao were beaten by Cameroon.

No wonder, then, that Brazil fans are so desperate to see their talisman back to face South Korea.

Is Neymar playing today?

Asked at his press conference to preview Brazil's Round of 16 tie whether Neymar would be fit, Tite replied: "Yes."

He then added: "Neymar will train today in the afternoon [Sunday] and if he trains well he will play."

What is Neymar's injury?

Brazil doctor Rodrigo Lasmar said of Neymar's injury: “The scans showed a lateral ligament injury to Neymar's right ankle along with a small bone swelling.”

His ankle was already showing signs of severe swelling following his withdrawal against Serbia, as seen below.
