Which captain has won the most games at the Asia Cup?

India's legendary skipper MS Dhoni tops the list of the most wins in the history of the Asia Cup. Dhoni is one of the few captains in World cricket to have led his country to all the ICC titles. He has won a total of 14 games at the continental tournament.

India's current ODI skipper Rohit Sharma is second on the charts, just behind MSD, with a total of 11 wins. The stats clearly show the dominance of India at the event. India has also won the most number of Asia Cup titles.

When is the Asia Cup starting?

The Asia Cup 2025 is starting on September 9th. The tournament will feature a total of eight teams, who will be divided into two groups of four teams each. The Top 2 teams of each group will qualify for the Super Fours.

India is placed in Group A alongside arch-rivals Pakistan, UAE, and Oman. They will start their campaign against the UAE on September 10th, which will be followed by a high-voltage clash against Pakistan on the 14th.
