One player everyone is talking about is Rishabh Pant. He was in great form during the first Test and scored centuries in both innings at Leeds.

Pant, now, is on the verge of creating a record among Indian batters as he could go past Virat Kohli's runs tally at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

Who has scored the most runs for India at Edgbaston?

Kohli leads the chart for India at this venue. He’s scored 231 runs in four innings, with an impressive average of 57.75. Most of those runs came from his brilliant 149-run knock during the 2018 tour.

The former Indian captain is closely followed by Pant, who has 203 runs in just two innings and a stunning average of 101.50. He is currently third in the list, just behind legendary batter  Sunil Gavaskar, who has scored 216 runs in six innings, with three fifties to his name.

Sachin Tendulkar made 187 runs while Gundappa Viswanath accumulated 182 runs with two fifties.
