BCCI are all set to meet the team management of the Indian men's senior cricket team to outline a roadmap for the Men in Blue across all formats and streamline communication between the players and coaching staff, alongside the selectors.
After conceding a whitewash in the recently concluded Test series on home soil against reigning World Test Championship winners South Africa, India are now competing in a three-match ODI series.

The first ODI was held in Ranchi on Saturday, where the hosts rode on Virat Kohli's marvellous century to beat South Africa by 17 runs to go one up in the contest.

BCCI officials will meet the team management in Raipur on the day of the 2nd ODI, which will be held on Wednesday, December 3.
Who will attend BCCI's meeting with Indian team management?
According to Sportstar, BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia, joint secretary Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, head coach Gautam Gambhir, and national selection committee chairman Ajit Agarkar will attend the meeting. The presence of BCCI Mithun Manhas, however, has not been confirmed yet.

Why is BCCI conducting the meeting the Indian team management?
Sportstar further reports the intention behind convening the meeting is to "ensure alignment between selectors and the team management to maintain selection consistency, improve individual development pathways, and enhance overall team performance".
An unnamed BCCI official told the media house: "During the home Test season, there have been instances of confusing tactics on and off the field. We want clarity and forward planning, especially with the next Test series eight months away.
"India will be favourites to defend the T20 World Cup next year and strong contenders for the ODI World Cup after that, so we want these issues resolved quickly."

Is there a rift between team management and senior players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli?
While no names have been explicitly taken, recent developments and rumours suggest that the two stalwarts of Indian cricket have had communication problems with head coach Gautam Gambhir and the BCCI wants to clear the air as soon as possible before things go out of hand.
