Tanvir Ahmed, the former Pakistani cricketer, questioned Mohammad Siraj's credentials as a Test bowler, for which Asif Khan sharply rebutted him.
'What is your standard?' Asif Khan's fiery reply to Tanvir over Siraj's credentials
The debate arose during a live TV discussion on PTV Sports, during which the two discussed India's pace attack. Tanvir, who has played a few Tests for Pakistan, questioned Siraj's ability as a premier Test bowler.
"I still don't see him as that level of a bowler," said Tanvir, to which a seemingly furious Asif Khan questioned his basis of judgment, saying, "What is your level, what is your standard, a person is taking wickets against England and you don't consider him a bowler. You have played only five Test matches."

Siraj has been the backbone of India's bowling lineup for the last few years. He played in all five Tests during the England tour and picked 23 wickets, playing a crucial role in levelling the series 2-2.
The pacer has been the spearhead of India's pace attack in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, and his never-die attitude, where he runs in day in and day out for his side, separates him from the rest of the pace bowlers in the world.
Clips of the heated discussions between the two Pakistanis have gone viral on the internet and received considerable attention from cricket fans.
While Tanvir Ahmed is being trolled for his comments, fans have applauded Asif Khan for standing by the Indian pacer.
