What are the ICC rules for delayed or interrupted matches?
As per 13.7.2.1.1 of the ICC rules, in case of interruptions or delays in a game, the revised number of overs to be bowled in a match is reduced at a rate of 14.28 overs per hour, which includes breaks such as the drinks breaks and other regular intervals.

What is the minimum number of overs required for a result in ODI matches?
As per 13.7.2.2.3 of the ICC rules, to constitute a match, a minimum of 20 overs have to be bowled to the team batting second, subject to a result not being achieved earlier.
What happens if fewer than 20 overs are bowled?
If the side batting second has faced fewer than 20 overs and the game cannot be continued due to rain or bad weather, the match is officially called off and declared a 'No Result,' unless the team chasing has already achieved the target or has been bowled out.
