As the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024 nears its thrilling conclusion, the playoff qualification scenarios have intensified the excitement among fans.
Delhi Capitals (DC) and Mumbai Indians (MI) had already stamped their authority by securing spots in the playoffs, leaving one coveted position up for grabs.
Ahead of Tuesday's clash between MI and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), RCB and UP Warriorz (UPW) were locked in a fierce battle to claim that final playoff berth. Even Gujarat Giants (GG) have an outside chance of making it to the top four (at least mathematically!).
But RCB beat MI in the deciding encounter on Tuesday to clinch the third play-offs spot.
