Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya get emotional on T20 World Cup anniversary
ODI skipper Rohit Sharma took the opportunity to post a sentimental video on his social media handle, which captured the key moments and the raw emotions of him along with his teammates in the nail-biting contest. Check out the video below.
The video is a collection of images like Rohit went down on the ground out of pure ecstasy after the final ball was bowled, but also holding the trophy together with his long-time teammate Virat Kohli. It also contained pictures of him alongside Hardik Pandya, Arshdeep Singh, and Axar Patel. Jasprit Bumrah took got a feature in the video.
One of the best moments from the video was the dance between the two stalwarts of Indian cricket in the modern era, as Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma shaked their legs at the Wankhede Stadium which sent the crowd in a frenzy.

"This trophy, of course it means a lot for us, but it’s for the entire nation," Rohit said in a voice-over from last year's victory parade.
Hardik Pandya, who was deputed with bowling the ultimate over of the game, couldn't control his emotions as he too posted a video on his social media handle reminiscing the historic day. Check out the video below.

In the video, an overly emotional Hardik is seen hugging Rahul Dravid, which happens to be one of the best moments from the win in the Final.
"I always manifested me bowling the last over or hitting the last runs of the World Cup winning play," says Hardik in a voice-over of his own.
"The six-seven months I had before that, really proud of how I was able to stand up. I was like yeah, finally I did it for my country," Hardik concluded.
