On July 17, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced their squad for a three-match T20I series against Pakistan.

The hosts will be fresh off the 2-1 T20I series win in Sri Lanka, while Pakistan will return to international action for the first time since June 1.

The last T20I series between these two teams came in late May to early June when Pakistan hosted Bangladesh and secured a comfortable 3-0 win.

Bangladesh will stick to the winning combination from their successful Sri Lanka tour, where Litton Das led from the front with 114 runs in 3 innings as their top scorer. Mahedi Hasan was the standout bowler with 4/11 in the series decider.
