The Los Angeles Rams (9-3) suffered their first loss in nearly two months in Week 13, getting beaten by the Carolina Panthers (7-6) with a final score of 31-28.

In the loss, Rams running back Kyren Williams exited the game for a small amount of time after suffering an ankle injury in the contest.

He would later be able to return. After a full day of resting the ankle, Williams, as well as head coach Sean McVay, provided an update on his status.

McVay: RB Kyren Williams is feeling 'pretty good' after injuring ankle in Week 13 loss

According to The Athletic's Nate Atkins, Sean McVay said on Monday that Kyren Williams' ankle was "pretty good."

The running back was also able to speak on the situation, saying that the scar tissue from injuries in the past made it easier to deal with as he returned to the game on Sunday.

Williams was able to remain productive after suffering the injury. In 13 carries, the running back rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown. In the time missed, backup running back Blake Corum also found success, rushing for 81 yards on seven carries and one touchdown.

Nate Atikins also mentioned in his update that there were "no other real injury concerns out of yesterday's game."

Williams, McVay, and the Rams will look to bounce back in Week 14 as they take on Jacoby Brissett and the Arizona Cardinals (3-9).
