The Denver Broncos have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, and it's thanks in part to star guard Quinn Meinerz. He's been a standout lineman for Denver.

However, according to a new report from Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette, the Broncos' star offensive guard is reportedly dealing with an undiagnosed illness.

This illness isn't just a recent thing. Meinerz has been bogged down by this illness all season long. Meinerz explained the background of the illness and how he's dealing with it this season.

"Just a little bit of an illness," Meinerz said. "It's something I've been battling here and there throughout the entire season. Still don't necessarily have answers but working through it every single day, and we'll see what happens."

Meinerz left the Broncos' Thursday Night football game against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 10 due to this illness, missing the entire second half.

For Meinerz, who's been one of the best offensive linemen in the NFL, this illness has been a strange and frustrating one.

"It's random," Meinerz said. "Some days I feel great, some days I don't."

He's dealing with his undiagnosed illness, but he's still set to start in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs in a massive AFC West matchup.

Despite this prevailing illness, Meinerz is continuing to play, and at a high level at that. According to Pro Football Focus, Meinerz is the third-highest graded lineman among offensive guards with at least 10 snaps this season.

Denver isn't expected to be without their star guard, but his status will be one to monitor throughout the season, as this undiagnosed illness could impact his availability going forward.
