The Tennessee Titans cut ties with a veteran defender on Tuesday who should receive interest from multiple teams around the league, including the Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, and Buffalo Bills.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Tennessee has mutually agreed to part ways with linebacker Kyzir White, who has appeared in just one game this season due to a hamstring injury.

"Sources: The Titans and veteran LB Kyzir White have mutually agreed to part ways. He will go on waivers and will become a free agent should he clear," Schultz reported on X.

White has been held back by injury in 2025, but is coming off one of the better years of his career in 2024 with the Arizona Cardinals.

The 29-year-old started all 17 games for Arizona last year, posting 137 tackles and nine tackles for loss with 39 defensive stops. White has started 73 games since entering the league in 2018 with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he spent four seasons before heading to the Philadelphia Eagles for a year.

Despite playing just 20 snaps this season, White should be a hot commodity on the open market due to his veteran experience. The West Virginia product would be a logical fit on the Bears, Bengals, or Bills.

Chicago could use another starting-caliber linebacker on the roster with Tremaine Edmunds  on injured reserve with a groin injury. White has the ability to step in as an immediate starter to T.J. Edwards, but at the minimum, he would be a fantastic depth piece on Dennis Allen's defense.

The Bengals and Bills are also potential fits for White, as Cincinnati has an inexperienced linebacker group, while Buffalo needs more depth at the position. However, the Bears feel like the top landing spot for White, as Ben Johnson's group is gearing up for a hopeful deep playoff run in the NFC and needs all the reinforcements they can get on defense.
