Bills Mafia has a reason to smile.

Dalton Kincaid's injury status for Week 14 may finally be some good news for the Buffalo Bills.

When Buffalo takes on the Cincinnati Bengals at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, they may have their star tight end back.

On Saturday night, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported this:

"Bills TE Dalton Kincaid, who is listed as questionable for Sunday due to knee and hamstring injuries, plans to try to play vs. The Bengals, per sources."

Kincaid was playing like one of the best tight ends in football this season before hurting his hamstring.

In eight games played, he has 29 catches for 448 yards and four touchdowns.

Kincaid has career-highs this season in yards per catch and yards per game.

It's his third NFL season after being the No. 25 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Utah.

The Bills have made things work fine with Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes while Kincaid was out, but neither of them have the overall receiving skills and athleticism that Kincaid does.

Schefter's wording implies there still will be at least a little suspense to go with the inactives report.

But if Kincaid is planning to play in a big game against the Bengals, it seems likely that he will.
