The Buffalo Bills have struggled for consistency the past month, going loss, win, loss, and then the 26-7 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
That isn't a form line that will please anyone inside the building, especially head coach Sean McDermott.
Having to sit on the loss to the Houston Texans for 10 days due to playing on Thursday, the Bills came out a little sluggish, but got their mojo back in the second half in Pittsburgh.
Now at 8-4, McDermott knows his team has to develop consistency.
"Well, I mean, you come off of a loss, you're always feeling like your backs are against the wall, and you don't like that feeling of sitting on a loss week to week, but also coming off of the 10-day break there," McDermott said.
"So, that mindset must not leave us. We have to have that mindset as we continue to move forward, if you want to get consistent results, even though results are somewhat variable, you got to have a consistent process. And that's what I'm looking for."

Keon Coleman announces return in style
"In style" might be a little exaggerated, but Coleman made the most of his opportunities in his first game back since being disciplined for reportedly being late to a team meeting.
Two catches for nine yards and a key touchdown on fourth down in the second half saw McDermott state that he saw some positive signs from Coleman during the win over Pittsburgh.
But again, consistency is the name of the game here, and with a tough schedule remaining, Buffalo is going to need Keon to come to the party often down the stretch.
Consistency is the name of the game, folks, and it is what everyone is chasing, even the Bills.
