The good vibes are flowing for the Buffalo Bills after their 39-34 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, but there might not be many good vibes for Pro Bowl running back James Cook.
Sunday marked back-to-back games where James has had multiple fumbles, and it takes his total to a career-high six on the season.
That isn't great.
In a game that was hotly contested, the Bills couldn't afford turnovers, and James had two, both of which were in the redzone, and were called for touchbacks as the football was fumbled into the end zone.
And now, offensive coordinator Joe Brady has spoken on James' fumble issues.
“Look, he knows that can't happen, and the only way we lose that game yesterday is if we turn the ball over, we knew that going into the game,” Brady said. “We had an opportunity to get the ball on the one-yard line when we can't the plays before, and then we get that opportunity, regardless of how we get the ball handling or not, we can't turn the ball over.
"That was a big moment in the game, but Jimbo went right back in the game. Got all the confidence in him, obviously, turnovers just in general, they're far too many right now.”

Do Bills have a Cook problem?
Prior to Week 13, Cook had just two fumbles in 11 games, but now has four in his last two outings, so you can make the case that yes, there is a problem brewing.
For a team that has Super Bowl aspirations and will likely have to go the long route in the postseason to get there, having Cook fumbling the ball as he has done in the last two games won't fly.
Brady stated the Bills knew they couldn't turn the ball over against the Bengals, and Cook did it twice, but what is more alarming is that Buffalo was in a position to score points and came away with nothing.
There's plenty of time to clean up the issue, and with Cook being a major player on offense, the last thing they want is for him to lose confidence.
