The Atlanta Falcons are heading in the direction of not having wide receiver Drake London on the field once again in Week 13.

London suffered a knee injury in Week 11 that forced his early exit from the contest. The injury was later diagnosed as a PCL sprain, which kept him out of Week 12 and leaves his status for Week 13 up in the air.

On Wednesday, Falcons head coach Raheem Morris all but sealed the deal that London won't play in Week 13, as he considers the Falcons wideout doubtful.

"Falcons coach Raheem Morris just said that he thinks WR Drake London is 'doubtful' for the Jets," D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Considering the diagnosis, it's no surprise London is trending toward sitting again, as the injury he suffered can often be a multi-week issue. Early reports suggested he could miss more than one game, also.

With London sidelined again, Darnell Mooney will serve as Atlanta's No. 1 wideout.

It has been a disappointing season for Mooney, but he came alive in Week 11, tallying three catches for 74 yards and one touchdown.

Mooney's stock immediately got a boost the second quarterback Michael Penix Jr. Suffered a season-ending injury and was replaced by veteran signal-caller Kirk Cousins.

Mooney and Cousins had a strong connection in 2024, when Mooney tallied 992 receiving yards and five scores, which amounted to the second-best and best receiving marks of his career, respectively.

With the strong connection with Cousins, and with London absent, Mooney could really take off moving forward.
