Joel Embiid continues to add to the "What if?" Part of his NBA narrative.
When Embiid is fully healthy for the Philadelphia 76ers, he's one of the most dominant centers to ever play basketball.
But he's not healthy right now, and it's starting to feel like the rest of his NBA career will be without full health, too.
Embiid won't be out there on Tuesday night when the 'Sixers take on the Boston Celtics.

Why isn't Joel Embiid playing tonight?
Joel Embiid is out against the Celtics on Tuesday because knee problems.
This will be his fifth game missed this season.
The new concern on Tuesday is that Embiid's knee problem on this day is with his opposite knee.
ESPN's Tim Bontemps wrote this on X:
"The Sixers say Joel Embiid is out with right knee soreness tonight against Boston and will be evaluated by doctors. Embiid’s left knee is the one that has been the primary cause of issues over the last couple of years."
That can't be good.
Even in limited minutes this season, Embiid has averaged 19.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
For now, though, he's sidelined yet again.
