LeBron James will always be the center of attention when he steps on the hardwood.

As the oldest and arguably the most accomplished player the NBA has ever seen, it isn’t uncommon for opposing fans to attempt to get under James’ skin.

A bold heckler tried to do just that on Sunday when the Los Angeles Lakers faced the Philadelphia 76ers, as he told James that no matter how well he plays, it wouldn’t change the fact that he doesn’t have any hair.

In a methodical and savage manner, James delivered a 13-word message to the heckler after his petty hair insult.

“It happens,” James said. “You know what I do got though (referring to money)! “Got plenty of it!"

James handled the situation perfectly. Instead of commenting on the heckler’s appearance and creating a tense environment, the four-time NBA champion wisely took the high road.

The 21-time All-Star’s hair may have failed him, but his bank account hasn’t (his net worth is $1.3 billion), which is a hilarious and witty response to a diss that wouldn’t sit well with some players.

James scored 10 straight points against the 76ers late in the contest to propel the Lakers to a hard-fought 112-108 victory, which, in reality, was the most important storyline of the night.

Still, it’s always impressive to witness James use his IQ to help him in different aspects of life.
