Blue Jays 2022 playoff tracker: Potential opponents, remaining schedule image

The Blue Jays are postseason-bound. The team clinched a spot in the 2022 MLB playoffs on Sept. 29.

It's the first time Toronto has made the postseason since 2020, and the hope now is to get the franchise's first playoff series win since 2016.

It has been an up-and-down season for Toronto. The team came in as one of the favorites not just to win the American League but also the World Series. While the Jays still are in a position to do so, the victories this year have not come as often as expected.
