With Phil Salt missing at the top, Jamie Smith will continue to be partnering up with Ben Duckett for the opening role. Joe Root, who has been in phenomenal form this year with 604 runs in nine ODIs, has retained his spot. The middle order comprises a hard-hitting lineup including Jos Buttler, Harry Brook, Jacob Bethell, and Will Jacks
