Sea Eagles front-rower Josh Aloiai is reportedly facing medical retirement amid an ongoing shoulder injury.
According to The Daily Telegraph, there are fears at Brookvale that the 29-year-old may have played his last NRL game.
Aloiai returned to the field against the Broncos in Round 13 after missing nearly two months of action, but exited the game injured just 21 minutes in.
He has made five appearances this campaign.

It follows three separate shoulder dislocations in a 2023 match, which resulted in a full shoulder reconstruction.
Manly are now seeking multiple medical opinions before a decision is made.
Locked in with the club until at least the end of 2027, Aloiai has roughly $1 million remaining on his contract, per reports.
The NRL would have to approve a medical retirement application for him to be paid out his deal in full.
The Sea Eagles would also be granted salary cap compensation.
