The Dolphins experienced life without Wayne Bennett for the first time this year as Kristian Woolf was handed the reins.

The Tongan coach had the Phins playing an exciting brand of footy, which resulted in several big wins as they firmed for the top-eight.

However, the Redcliffe-based outfit ultimately just missed out on finals footy once again as the club's wait to reach September ticks on.

Which players have left the Dolphins in 2025?

Kristian Woolf experienced a promising first season in charge of the Dolphins after taking over from Bennett.

Despite missing the finals, there is a growing sense of optimism around the club and they have managed to keep the main components of their team together heading into 2026.

Josh Kerr has provided some valuable involvements off the bench, but he will return to St George Illawarra, while Peter Hola's exit will also hit the Phins' depth in the forward pack.
