The longest-serving New Zealand Warriors forward, Bunty Afoa, is set to depart the club after 10 seasons in the NRL.
Afoa has previously attracted overseas interest but opted to remain in New Zealand.
The 29-year-old Warriors cult hero, who has played 145 NRL games and represented Samoa in eight Tests, has reportedly been offered to Super League clubs for the 2026 season, according to All Out Rugby League.
Several English Super League teams are closely monitoring Afoa’s availability as they continue to bolster their forward packs ahead of next year.

While no official contract has been tabled, interest in the experienced prop is expected to grow as clubs evaluate their rosters.
With no new NRL deal on the table, however, he is now said to be strongly considering a move to the Super League to continue his career.
If signed, Afoa’s size, work rate, and international experience would make him a valuable addition to any Super League side chasing forward depth for 2026.
