There are many loaded wide receiver corps in the NFL, with several teams going three or more deep and also having impactful tight ends.

But a few teams have invested plenty in having a dangerous dynamic duo, where the No. 1 and No. 2 are almost interchangeable.

The 2025 regular season has some usual pass-catching pairs in the top five, but a new one created this year has stood out to help its QB become an MVP candidate. Here's counting down the combinations.

5. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, Eagles

2025 combined stats: 79 catches on 116 targets, 1,065 receiving yards, 6 TDs

DeVonta Smith has come through per usual as the big-play threat and is still a difficult "Skinny Batman" cover downfield. But A.J. Brown has been more of a Robin than "Swole Batman", struggling a bit with his connection from Jalen Hurts and can sometimes be a forgotten target in tougher matchups. Still, Brown remains a tough, dangerous big-play and red-zone threat and can rev up for a critical role at any time through the playoffs.

4. Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, Lions

2025 combined stats: 91 catches on 125 targets, 1,167 receiving yards, 12 TDs

Amon-Ra St. Brown, the quintessential slot ace through the red zone, saw Jameson Williams get paid and locked up for Jared Goff in the offseason, knowing they will lead this Lions passing game together for a while. Williams has let down a little as their speedy outside big-play threat but is getting going with Dan Campbell having more influence on the play-calling to expand his repertoire and become a more complete receiver beyond just a flashy deep-ball target.

3. CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, Cowboys

2025 combined stats: 84 catches on 126 targets, 1,255 receiving yards, 7 TDs

CeeDee Lamb is back to being effective as Dak Prescott's long-established No. 1 receiver after missing some more time with injury this season, but while he was out, the Cowboys discovered that the former Steelers speedster George Pickens can get the job done as a more reliable downfield threat. It's become pick your poison for the defenses facing this sizzling passing game, with Pickens giving Lamb a much-needed scary No. 2. This combination also helps open up routes for tight end Jake Ferguson.

2. Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, Bengals

Ja'Marr Chase Tee Higgins

2025 combined stats: 108 catches on 163 targets, 1,312 receiving yards, 11 TDs

Ja'Marr Chase is having another exceptional season, despite not having Joe Burrow for much of it, with Joe Flacco throwing to him a ton to keep up the momentum from winning the 2024 receiving triple crown for catches, yards and TDs. Tee Higgins has been used more as a field-stretcher coming off his huge contract extension and is playing well off Chase per usual. Cincinnati's passing game is keeping them hanging around in the AFC North race until the defense can shore up and Burrow returns.

1. Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, Rams

2025 combined stats: 108 catches on 157 targets, 1,233 receiving yards, 13 TDs

Davante Adams is back on track with a great veteran quarterback after splitting time with the Raiders and Jets last season. The Rams and Matthew Stafford have been a perfect fit, with Adams accounting for 9 of his QB's 25 league-leading touchdown passes. The future Hall of Fame long-time Packer is a lock for his seventh double-digit TD season. Puka Nacua is No. 3 in receiving yards in the league, behind Chase and Jaxon Smith-Njibga, with Pickens and St. Brown behind him. He's on track for the second 1,400-yard plus season of his career.
