During Game 7 of the Cavaliers-Pacers first-round series in the 2018 playoffs, with a steal in the second quarter, LeBron James surpassed Scottie Pippen to become the all-time leader for most playoff career steals. 

Pippen had 395 career steals in 208 postseason games while James climbed past that tally in his 224th career playoff game. Since that game, James has only increased his lead at the top of this list.
