How many points did Bronny James score today? Stats, highlights for LeBron's son in Lakers-Heat in California Classic image

The Lakers are playing a robust seven-game summer schedule. The first three against the Warriors, Heat and Spurs are part of the 2025 California Classic held at the Chase Center. The latter four comprise the Lakers' four-game Summer League slate, leading to hopefully an appearance in the four-team tournament and championship.

The summer schedule allows prospects and rookies to gain key minutes and work on their development. After an underwhelming rookie season, Bronny James missed the Lakers' first summer game. He made his debut on Sunday afternoon against the Heat.

James could make the regular-season roster if LeBron uses his pull to persuade head coach J.J. Redick, but the father-son duo already made history last season, so the younger James will look to prove he is deserving of a roster spot on his own.
