The Bathurst 1000 returns for another instalment this year with Australia’s most iconic motor race taking place between Thursday, October 9 and Sunday, October 12.

Drivers will be pushed to their limits during the four-day event before a winner is crowned at Mount Panorama.

Bathurst 1000 prize money: How much do the winners earn?

The prize money on the line in at the Bathurst 1000 isn't made publicly available.

Bathurst is one of 13 stops on the 2025 Supercars calendar, with the bulk of the prize money awarded based on overall championship results.

Throughout the Endurance Cup, which includes the Bathurst 1000, in addition to first place on the starting grid, the fastest qualifier earns $5,000.

While AU$50,000 will also be awarded to the driver who takes out the most poles by the end of the season.

How to watch the Bathurst 1000: TV channel, streaming

Fans in Australia can catch every minute of action live on Fox Sports' dedicated Bathurst 1000 channel (Fox Sports Ch. 506).

There you'll be able to watch every practice session, qualifying, the Top 10 Shootout and, most importantly, the Bathurst 1000 on Sunday.

For free-to-air coverage, fans can tune into the Seven network, which will be broadcasting live action from Friday.
