With $20 million worth of prize money on the line for the world's best sprinters, all eyes will be on Royal Randwick this Saturday.

The Hong Kong-based superstar Ka Ying Rising is unbeaten in 13 races and will start as the hot favourite, but a host of locals will be fancying their chances to knock off the big gun.

The 2025 edition of The Everest is scheduled to jump at 4:15 pm AEDT on Saturday, October 18.

As the seventh of 10 races on the card, punters at Randwick are in for a bumper day of action.
