Matildas vs South Korea: When, where, squads and how to watch Asian Cup quarter-final image

The Matildas are set to face off against South Korea in the AFC Women's Asian Cup quarter-finals on Sunday.

Australia enter the knockout stages of the tournament after winning all of their group games, scoring 24 goals and conceding just once across three matches.

South Korea, meanwhile, finished second in their group with two wins and a draw not enough to go above Japan, who had the same points but a superior goal difference.

The Matildas have lost the past two AFC Asian Cup finals, while South Korea's best finish in the competition came in 2003 when they claimed third place.

The Matildas come into this quarter-final clash on the back of a 2-1 win over Thailand with a rotated-squad conceding their first goal of the tournament late on.

Tony Gustavsson's side began the tournament with an 18-0 win over Indonesia before seeing off the Philippines 4-0.

South Korea ended their group stage with an impressive 1-1 draw with reigning champions Japan as Ji-Youn Seo scored a late equaliser.

Colin Bell's team have also conceded just one goal so far at the AFC Asian Cup with a tight tussle expected to play out between these two sides on Sunday.

Historically, Australia has dominated this fixture with the Matildas winning four of their last five matches and South Korea's last victory dating back to 2010.
