Joao Pedro has made an instant impact in a Chelsea shirt since moving from Brighton and Hove Albion, and now the Brazilian has spilt the beans on his instant impact for the Blues.
Having signed for Chelsea only in July, Pedro hit the ground running as he scored two goals in his new side’s Club World Cup semi-final tie against Fluminense before netting in the final.
The goal helped Chelsea beat Paris Saint-Germain 3-0 in the final with Cole Palmer bagging a brace.
Since then, the 23-year-old has carried his form into the Premier League as well, where he netted two goals and one assist in the month of October, thereby earning his place in the Team of the Month.
Along the way, the Brazilian has also proved his versatility by playing in a number of different attacking positions and establishing himself as a creative force in the absence of the injured Cole Palmer.
After earning rave reviews for his immediate impact at Chelsea, the player has revealed two factors that contributed to his success.
