Canelo and Crawford clash on September 13

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs) vs Terence "Bud" Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) is all set for September 13 for the undisputed super-middleweight championship.

And now, according to BoxingScene, the mega-fight is set to stream live on Netflix, potentially reaching up to 300 million subscribers.

Netflix entered the world of boxing last November when they streamed the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight, which received up to 108 million live viewers.

UFC's Dana White, WWE's Nick Khan, and Saudi Arabia's Turki Alalshikh are all involved in bringing this fight to the masses.

The negotiations are ongoing, according to an industry expert, who said, "You've got Canelo, Terence, Dana, Nick Khan, and Turki. To do this fight right, it must be on Netflix."

Mexican Canelo is a four-weight world champion and first-ever undisputed super-middleweight champion in a four-belt era.

Nebraskan Crawford is also a four-weight world ruler and one of only three two-weight undisputed champions in a four-belt era.

Coming up in weight, Crawford is currently a 13-8 underdog, while defending champion Canelo is the bookies favourite.

Further announcements regarding the exact date, location and TV channel are expected shortly.
