Tommy Robredo Garcés is a Spanish professional tennis player. Roberdo was born on May 1, 1982 in Hostalric, Girona, Spain. In 2006, he achieved his career high ranking of World No. 5, but later he was dropped and in February 2009, he was ranked World No. 15.
He started to play tennis when he was five years old. His father was the director of a local tennis club and coached Robredo till 1996 when he joined Spanish Tennis Federation. Later in 1998 he tuned professional. Till February 2009, he recorded 9 career title victories in singles and 3 in doubles.
